Organic Gardening--Nature's Way
Organic gardening is the practice of growing flowers, vegetables and shrubs using only natural products. No man made products of any kind are used. No produced fertilizers, insecticides or any other synthetic products are used.
The primary benefits of natural gardening are: fewer chemicals on the food you and your family may eat, less harm to the environment, cost savings through alternate sources, and satisfaction from doing your part.
Compost, mulches, seaweed and fish are a few examples of organic fertilizer. Instead of chemical pesticides, growers set up their plantings to attract beneficial insects such as Ladybugs, Dragon Flies, Wasps and the Preying Mantis. Organic food sales are an annual multi-billion dollar industry.
